Dinnerware Care
Our small-batch produced dinnerware is almost as drool-worthy as the meals you’ll put on them. And they’re not just a pretty face — you can throw them in the dishwasher, the microwave, or straight into the oven (up to 450 degrees). This is the inspiration you need to throw dinner parties every week.
IS YOUR DINNERWARE SAFE FOR THE DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, AND OVEN?
All our dinnerware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450 degrees. Avoid sudden changes in temperature - like putting a hot plate on a cold marble counter - as this can cause breakage. (Our Woven Trivet can be a good buffer here.)
WHY DOES MY DINNERWARE HAVE SCRATCHES?
Scratching is a normal part of the life cycle of stoneware, porcelain, + other dinnerware surfaces as silverware makes contact with the plate surface. This is not a defect in the product, so don’t sweat it. The good news is you can easily remove minor scratches from your dinnerware (for that process, just keep reading).
HOW DO I REMOVE SCRATCHES?
Remove minor scratches from cutlery and kitchen tools with Bar Keepers Friend - a classic standby scouring powder/magic potion. Works great with our Lurex Sponges, too.
WILL EACH PIECE LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME?
Variation in form and finish is natural for our small-batch produced dinnerware.
