Returns
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out how you hoped. If you need to return any items, we are happy to accept them based on the following guidelines.
What is your return policy?
You’re welcome to return your order for a full refund or exchange your order for something else within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: All orders placed between 11/17 - 12/24 are given an extended return period. You can return or exchange items until January 15th, 2025. Please note, all trade orders are still subject to our standard 30 day return policy during this time.RETURN SHIPPING: We do not refund original shipping costs. Please note, return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser.
RESTOCK FEES: Restock fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis for items returned without their original packaging. A restock fee of 10% will be charged on rugs larger than 2'x3'.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Anything marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items include all office supplies, paper goods, swatches, games, gift cards, pantry items, books, craft kits, seasonal decor (i.e. Holiday items), candles, apothecary products, and items from our SALE section.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives broken or damaged in any way, please contact us at care@hawkinsnewyork.com.
