Saw these and knew they were winners right away as presents for peeps I might not usually give anything to as well as to friends. Now when I decide it would be nice to give someone something unique AND functional, I go to my stash of these glitter scrub sponges and either give all one, two or all 3. Cant beat the price. Even kept one set for myself. I have gold handles, faucets, spoon holders, etc., in the kitchen so the gold one definitely went there.

I say they are versatile because I realized they would be perfect for anyplace I put a bar of soap, e.g., in the bathtub, in the shower on my bathroom vanity and near the kitchen sink. I just place the bar on top of the scrub sponge, and no more gooey soap under the pad. I used to put a little curved dish under the bar of soap at my vanity sink but unless I dried the bar of soap after using which would be ridiculous, the under dish would always be full of a liquidy residue -- same in the bathtub, shower and kitchen. Now it is all absorbed by the pad.

They come in fun colors but the only change I would like is if the set of 3 scrub sponges came as 1 gold and 2 silver but that is probably a lot to ask and I know I will enjoy giving them to my friends just as they are. Thank you
