Wash with hot water. Do not use soap or detergent. Dry immediately on low heat. For best results, an extra seasoned coating is recommended before first use.

    Light, crispy crust

    The Spun Iron Loaf pan worked as well as I had hoped. It developed a crunchy, crisp crust and the bread rose well (gluten free). Glad I bought it. And, it is beautiful.
